Beer Yoga is a short, humorous exercise format that combines classic yoga elements with lightness and a wink.

 

In just 15 minutes, it provides movement, laughter, and a shared moment—ideal as a break within larger programs.

 

Beer Yoga is not performance yoga, but deliberately low-threshold and accessible to everyone.

  • Participation: Suitable for everyone, no prior knowledge necessary
