Immersive Audio Walks
Site-specific audio walks with live guides, 3D sound, and atmosphere.
Our immersive audio walks transform cities, parks, and festival grounds into lively spaces for experiences. With a combination of live guides, fictional characters, immersive 3D sound design, music, lighting, and special effects, we create customized audio walks that allow visitors to immerse themselves deeply in a story—right where it takes place.

What are immersive audio walks?
Immersive audio walks are guided audio experiences that transform real locations into stages. Participants wear headphones and experience a narrative soundscape that unfolds as they move through the space. Live guides accompany the group, while imaginary characters, atmospheric sounds, and music reinterpret the surroundings and charge them with emotion.
Each walk is developed individually for the respective location—whether historical, fictional, or thematically appropriate for a festival, city celebration, or anniversary.

Proof of Concept
Sound Journey // Spreepark
With Sound Journey // Spreepark, we successfully realised an immersive audio-walk format as a ticketed event.
Accompanied by a live guide and the fictional character Robby, the park’s ghost, participants explored the then-abandoned Spreepark while its past unfolded acoustically through headphones.
Roller coaster sounds emerged at the old rides, dinosaurs ran and roared through the former Dino Park, and atmospheric sound design brought the location back to life.
The walk was offered in multiple languages (German & English) and clearly demonstrated how real places can be reimagined through audio, storytelling, and movement.
What this project demonstrates:
-
The combination of a live guide, fictional characters, and 3D sound creates a strong sense of immersion
-
Location-specific sound design makes history emotionally tangible
-
Multilingual implementations in public spaces are easily achievable
