Tour Hosts
for Silent Disco, Quiz Tours, and informative Walking Tours
We offer a range of different tours in Berlin, both on a regular weekly basis and for private bookings, including:
- Silent Disco Tours (regular Friday and Saturday Tours + irregular private bookings) - currently available
You lead the group to dance through the city and in group activities
- Music Quiz Tours (currently only for private group bookings) - currently available
You are the quizmaster, questions are all based around music
- Berlin Quiz Tours (currently only for private group bookings) - new concept to be launched in 2025

What we are looking for:
- Outgoing, relaxed guides able to host all (preferred), or some of the above concepts
- Ability to lead tours in both German and English (other languages a bonus!)
- Good people and crowd control skills (we want to offer inclusive, fun tours. Alienating individuals for cheap group laughs for example is a no-go.)
- People who share our passion and can lead tours in line with silent.move's ideals and creative vision, while also being able to think for themselves and solve problems on the go.
- flexibility and openness. This is not a 9 to 5!

Tour Guides
for Silent Seeing Walking Tours
Our informative time travelling walking tours are offered in both English and German and use story telling and sound effects to offer our guests something new and unique.​
- From 2025, we will offer both regular weekly tours and irregluar private group tours
- The tour is currently in both German and English, however we are looking to translate it into other languages.
- These are factually accurate storytelling tours - we are not looking for trained tour guides, but people who can lead a group and perform.

What we are looking for:
- Outgoing, relaxed guides with good customer service and crowd control skills
- Ability to lead tours in both German or English or both, and people who can help us enter other language markets.
- People who can memorise and stick to a script - our tours include over 100 specifically created sound effects that are timed with the text, so the script must be followed fairly closely!
- People who share our passion and can lead tours in line with silent.move's ideals and creative vision, while also being able to think for themselves and solve problems on the go.

for Kids Events and School Groups
We are looking to develop our offerings for school groups and younger audiences and build on our current tours:
- Berlin Bingo! Tours (irregular group bookings) - currently being developed, open for bookings
A mix of disco, information, quiz and games - in multiple languages and for varying age levels
- Silent Seeing Kids (irregular group bookings) - to be launched in 2025

Admin and Marketing etc.
for all silent.move operations
We need someone to help us in the office!​
since we started, silent.move has been run by just 2 guys. We have done everything, from building stages, to leading tours, to sound and light, to web design, to ticketing, to press releases, to online platform curation to... You get the point. Our concepts are now in the double figures and it is getting to be too much! We need some help!

What we are looking for:
- Essentially someone to take over all the jobs we don't have time to do. This includes:
Answering emails and communicating with clients, updating the website, curating all the various online platforms and portals, shift scheduling, preparation of event checklists, logistics planning, stocktake of equipment, client acquisition, etc...
- German and English. Other languages a bonus!
- Where needed/possible, we can also offer extra work as part of our on site event team. These would however be secondary, additional hours.
